These terms govern your use of the Lake Park Auto Connection website. By registering or placing a bid you agree to these terms.

1. The seller

"We", "us" and "the Seller" refers to Lake Park Auto Connection, whose registered office is 15982 US-10, Lake Park, MN 56554. Phone: (218) 210-0503. "You" and "the Buyer" refers to the user or viewer of this website.

2. Bids are binding

Placing a bid constitutes a contractual agreement. You are committing to purchase the item if you emerge as the winning bidder, even if you later change your mind. All purchases are considered final.

3. Blind bidding

Auctions are blind: competing bids stay private until the close. The highest sealed bid wins. Your bid must exceed the starting price and the current high bid.

4. Buy Now

Where a Buy Now price is shown, that option is a binding commitment. Once you confirm, you are obligated to complete the purchase at the fixed price.

5. Payment

The amount you bid is the amount you pay — nothing is added on top of the hammer price: no percentage fee, no administrative fee, no documentation fee. Full payment is due within the specified time frame; failure to complete payment will result in the closure of your account and the item will be re-listed.

6. Title

Every asset comes with a guaranteed clear title. Clearing all prior liens is a mandatory condition of the sale.

7. Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile radius. After that, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile applies. Maximum delivery time is 14 days within the US and 22 days for Canada.

8. Guarantee

Every vehicle and vessel comes with a 30-day guarantee against material misrepresentation. To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 30 days of delivery.

9. Changes

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
