Unlike traditional auctions, blind bidding keeps every offer confidential. Submit what you are willing to pay. No bidding wars, no inflated prices. The highest bid wins, and everyone gets a fair shot.
Everything listed here is a bank repossession. A lender took the asset back and has engaged us to auction it and recover the balance. Our cars, trucks, RVs, boats, farm machinery, and construction equipment come exclusively from these partner institutions, never from public auction lanes.
Lake Park Auto Connection is an authorized auction broker and platform. We do not own the vehicles or equipment. We run the auction on behalf of the lender, keep the process fair and transparent, and make sure the sale is a direct transaction between the bank and the winning bidder.
Our commission is paid by the partner institution and is already built into the auction price. The amount you win at is the amount you pay. There is no buyer’s premium and no surprise fees added at checkout.
Every asset comes with a guaranteed clear title. Clearing all prior liens is a mandatory condition of the sale, so the lender is legally obligated to release them before the title is transferred to you.
Repossessed assets are stored in secure, restricted-access facilities around the country, so there is no showroom to visit. Every purchase is completed through our managed door-to-door delivery.
Upon verification of payment, we will notarize the documents at our Public Notary. The product will be delivered with all relevant documents and keys.
The delivery process begins within 48-72 hours of verifying your payment. Maximum delivery time is 14 days within the US and 22 days for Canada.

Financing is generally not available for these assets because the titles carry existing liens, which are only released after full payment is received. For this reason, buyers should plan to cover the entire purchase price upfront. If you have questions, our support team is happy to assist.
Buyer's Premium
You will never pay a buyer's premium at Lake Park Auto Connection.
Is there a buyer's premium?
No. Lake Park Auto Connection does not charge a buyer's premium. Your winning bid or Buy Now price is the full purchase price. Nothing is added on top of the hammer price.
What is a buyer's premium?
A fee most auction houses add on top of the hammer price, usually 5% to 12% of the winning bid. Lake Park Auto Connection does not charge one.
Money Back Guarantee
Every vehicle and vessel sold by Lake Park Auto Connection comes with the protection below. Counted from the day of delivery.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Lake Park Auto Connection provides a 30-day guarantee for vehicles and vessels materially misrepresented.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by email within five (5) business days of delivery, and the return must be completed within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Return Policy
If the vehicle or vessel was materially misrepresented, notify us in writing by email within five (5) business days of delivery. The return must be completed within thirty (30) days of delivery, and the vehicle or vessel must be in substantially the same condition as delivered.
6-Month / 10,000-Mile Limited Warranty
- 6 months from vehicle purchase or 10,000 miles
- 6 months for other assets from purchase date

Return Restrictions
We cannot accept returns if the vehicle or vessel has been:
- Involved in an accident or damaged
- Modified or altered from its original condition
- Used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance)
Refund Process
If a return is approved, you are not responsible for return shipping costs. We arrange the transport, including haul-out and trailering for vessels. Once the vehicle or vessel is received back, we issue a full refund within 48-72 hours. The whole return is completed within thirty (30) days of delivery.
